Background

EAS is providing advice on transport for expansion of a business park in Poulton, near Cirencester.  It is proposed to expand the existing 3,000 sqm business park to 6,000 sqm and double the number of employees from 150 to 300.  There are also plans to provide a nine-hole golf course, tennis courts and other leisure facilities associated with the business park.

Key Issues

Agreement with Cotswolds District Council on:

    • Proposed parking for B1 and leisure use;
    • Form of new access onto the A417; and
    • Sustainability issues.
